NXT reimagines what a parking structure can be: a state-of-the-art vertical mobility hub for Hulhumalé, with 655 private and 170 public car spaces plus 483 private and 30 public motorcycle spaces served by vehicle elevators, ramps and valet.
The ground and first floors carry more than 2,700 square metres of commercial space across nine units, and a 1,404 square-metre terrace recreation level crowns the building.
Parking units are sold in three sizes (8×16, 8×18 and 8×20 ft) with an EV-charging option, financed through HDFC, Maldives Islamic Bank and Bank of Maldives. Ground was broken on 29 March 2026 on a 36-month construction programme.
