2004
Batch Construction Pvt Ltd founded in Malé.
2004–2015
Residential towers, mosques and go-downs build our name across the capital: Blue Stone, Alidhooge, Masjidhul Iskandhar and dozens more.
2016
Marina View launched — a ten-storey, MVR 200M mixed-use tower in Hulhumalé, developed and built in-house.
2018
69 Marina View apartments handed over on programme.
2022
HDC contract signed for Aséria Homes & Townhouses: 73 premium villas across Hulhumalé Phase 2.
2026
Ground broken on NXT by Batch — a 13-storey vertical parking and lifestyle destination in Hulhumalé Phase 1.
Today
100+ projects on the record and 400+ staff on site, with NXT, Aséria, a mosque and six more buildings under construction across the Greater Malé region.
A five-year plan
to bridge the gap
Our expansion plan is aligned with the National Development Plan of the Government of Maldives. Under a five-year medium-term programme, Batch is investing in infrastructure development — procuring plant and equipment and establishing nationwide offices — to “bridge the gap” between the Maldives’ construction demand and supply.
The brand promise behind it has been constant since our first marketing campaign in 2005: teamwork, integrity, commitment, high quality and on-time delivery — as demand escalates from both the capital and the outer atolls.
