The masterplan delivers 73 homes in three typologies — 37 beach dwellings fronting the lagoon, 14 garden dwellings arranged around shared green courts, and 22 urban dwellings along the neighbourhood spine — on a 36-month construction programme. Alongside the homes come a commercial unit, an elevated community park, a police post and a pay-for visitor parking area.
Purchases are protected through an escrow arrangement with Maldives Islamic Bank, with sales managed from our Ma. Falak showroom in Malé.
