A ten-storey, MVR 200-million mixed-use tower of 70 apartments — from one-bedroom homes to penthouses — developed and built by Batch Construction.
Launched in June 2016, Marina View is a ten-storey mixed-use development in Hulhumalé combining ground-floor commercial space with 70 residences ranging from 893 to 1,467 square feet.
Batch Construction acted as both developer and main contractor, delivering the tower on a two-year programme — proof of our end-to-end capability from land acquisition and design through structure, fit-out and handover.
Apartments spanned one-bedroom units to duplex penthouses, priced from MVR 1 million to MVR 4.5 million at launch.
