Batch Construction has broken ground on NXT, a state-of-the-art vertical parking and lifestyle destination in Hulhumalé Phase 1 designed for the future of urban mobility.
The 13-storey building will provide 655 private and 170 public car spaces alongside 483 private and 30 public motorcycle spaces, served by vehicle elevators, ramps and valet services. Nine commercial units across the ground and first floors add more than 2,700 square metres of retail space, with a 1,404 square-metre terrace recreation level above.
