The ten-storey, MVR 200-million Batch Apartments tower completes its two-year construction programme.
Batch Construction has completed Marina View, its ten-storey mixed-use development in Hulhumalé, handing over 70 apartments ranging from one-bedroom homes to duplex penthouses.
Launched in June 2016, the MVR 200-million tower was developed and built entirely by Batch Construction — from land and design through structure, fit-out and handover.
