Batch Construction Pvt Ltd has signed an agreement with the Housing Development Corporation to develop Aséria Homes & Townhouses, a premium villa neighbourhood in Hulhumalé Phase 2.
The development spans more than 19,000 square metres and delivers 73 homes in three typologies: 37 beach villas, 14 garden villas and 22 urban townhouses, on a three-year construction programme.
Managing Director Mohamed Saeed signed on behalf of Batch Construction. Buyer payments are protected through an escrow arrangement with Maldives Islamic Bank, and sales are managed from the company’s Ma. Falak showroom in Malé.
